Note:

                First of all you must know how to make gifs so that you can proceed to this tutorial

Let’s start!!!

Step 1:

                First, convert it to timeline. In converting you must select all the layers and frames of the gifs because if you don’t it won’t work.

 Step 2:

                Click Filter ➮ convert to smart filter

 Step 3:

                Click Filter again ➮ smart sharpen

       Amount: 500%

       Radius: 0.4 px

Step 4:

                Duplicate Layer

Step 5:

              Click Filter ➮ Gaussian Blur

Note: reduce its opacity to 35%

Step 6:

                Click Filter again ➮ smart sharpen

            Amount: 500%

            Radius: 0.3 px

That’s it! Just add some psd to make it look better^^
